Ahead of High-Level Week at the 81st United Nations General Assembly, Nigerians in New York (NIN) will convene a timely dialogue on the human dimensions of leadership and the personal decisions that ultimately shape institutions, communities, and societies.
In a special keynote and fireside conversation, Poju Oyemade, Convener of The Platform Nigeria and Senior Pastor of The Covenant Nation, will explore The Pressure to Have It All Figured Out: Career, Purpose and the Seasons of Life.
At a time of economic uncertainty, institutional transition, and rapidly changing expectations of leadership, professionals and public leaders are increasingly required to make consequential decisions without the certainty of a permanent blueprint. This conversation will examine how individuals navigate pivotal seasons, determine when to persevere or pivot, and balance immediate professional and institutional responsibilities with long-term purpose.
