Voices for Future Generations: Youth Perspective on Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital cooperation: Relationship to International Peace, Security and Gender Equality

Younger generations may positively impact the future, by embracing scientific achievements and new technologies, using artificial intelligence (AI) for good causes, striving for universal digital literacy, pursuing gender equality, safeguarding human rights, and ensuring peace and security.

This program engages youth voices in a conversation about the benefits and potential downsides of science, technology, innovation, closing the digital divide, and the relationship of technological advances to peace and security.  The panel will also discuss ways to ensure that women and girls become leaders in science, technology and innovation. Panelists are a high school student, a college undergraduate, a post graduate student and a young doctor in his first year of hospital training.
