As the world diplomacy gathers again in person in NY on the occasion of the United Nations General Assembly, join United Voices 4 Peace, MALA and the 49% for a special screening of the short animated film “Samira’s Camera’’ followed by a panel discussion to mark the International Peace Day 2022.
The screening will take place on September 22nd, from 6-8 PM ET followed by a discussion on “Afghan Women, Human Rights & the transformative power of the Arts” featuring Paula Kweskin, “Samira’s Camera” film director, Linda Kaplan, American Author “Most Influential Women in Advertising ”, and Farzana Niemann, founder of the Farzana Foundation.
