A provisional list of speakers was circulated on 16 September 2022.
Delegations are encouraged to observe the time limits of 3 minutes for statements by individual delegations and 5 minutes for delegations speaking on behalf of a group of States.
Delegations are requested to email statements to eStatements in PDF and Word at least one hour before delivery, indicating the name and date of the meeting, agenda item and delegation.
