The Summit will convene mayors and local government practitioners from around the globe for a multi-dimensional programme designed to showcase and elevate the unique contributions that mayors and local governments have made and can make in preventing and responding to rising levels of hate and extremism that lead to violence impacting communities around the world, while respecting human rights and safeguarding local democracy.
More than 100 mayors and local leaders will be joined by local government representatives and CSO practitioners from more than 115 cities across 45 countries.
