Sustainable Construction Talk

New climate conditions are changing the game for the construction sector, its entire ecosystem, and for communities across the world. It’s crucial to rethink how we build and retrofit buildings to ensure resiliency and collectively mobilize to scale up the best solutions.

That’s why Saint-Gobain’s Sustainable Construction Observatory is hosting a new Sustainable Construction Talk on September 23 in New York City on the following topic: Adapting the built environment to new climate conditions.

In the face of rising uncertainty, how can we implement the most effective solutions to adapt our built environment? How can sustainable construction help us anticipate future risks? How can stakeholders align to create both short-term and long-term value with resilient buildings? These are some of the issues we will be addressing during this Sustainable Construction Talk, bringing together building and construction professionals, industry leaders, elected officials, policy makers, financial institutions, insurers, NGOs, and students.

We have both the solutions and the capacity to turn the tide. But all of that is conditioned by our ability to take action together!
