Uniting Generations: Sharing Power to Transform Education
In May 2023, a diverse group of education-focused and youth-led organizations met in Salzburg, Austria, to discuss how to advance intergenerational leadership within the global Transforming Education Movement. One of the areas the group focused on was the importance of intergenerational and inclusive convening that enables power sharing.
This event will be an opportunity to share some of the work Salzburg Global Seminar and partners have been doing around intergenerational leadership and power sharing in view of transforming education. The idea is to use the reception as an opportunity for ally building, modeling the principles of inclusive and intergenerational convening, and as a way of reconnecting with partners and friends.
