The Covid-19 pandemic has made clear the critical importance of achieving ‘health for all’, while posing an unprecedented challenge for health systems worldwide. Join us to explore how to realise a progressive vision for Universal Health Coverage, the Labour Party’s role, and how to address current threats to progress.

We are delighted to have the following speakers join us for this discussion:
• Preet Kaur Gill MP, Shadow Secretary of State for International Development
• Rob Yates, Director, Chatham House Centre for Universal Health
• Allana Kembabazi, Programs Manager – Right to Health, Initiative of Social and Economic Rights, Uganda
• Jessica Hamer, Head of Policy and Campaigns, Health Poverty Action

This event will be chaired by Professor Anuj Kapilashrami, Professor in Global Health Policy & Equity, University of Essex/People’s Health Movement.
