Advancing DE&I progress throughout value chains

Companies across all sectors play a pivotal role in tackling inequality by breaking down barriers to opportunity and ensuring equitable access to career advancement for people of all backgrounds and identities. While efforts to support DE&I within a company’s own workforce have become relatively commonplace in recent years, for many organizations there remains untapped potential to amplify their impact by embedding DE&I considerations across value chains and marketplaces.

This interactive roundtable will focus on driving DE&I progress across wider value chains and marketplaces—advancing equity among suppliers, customers, and communities. Theroundtable will bring together executives, senior leaders, and experts for an important conversation on concrete business actions and an actionable agenda that drives equity both inside and outside corporate activities.

The session is hosted by Dentsu, who will be sharing about ‘More Than That’, a first of its kind radio show and tv series with a black owned supply chain, moderated by Julie Coffman from Bain & Company and features business actions to kickstart the discussion. The session builds on the DE&I workstream of the Business Commission to Tackle Inequality (BCTI).

Note: This session is primarily by invitation. However, there is limited space available for other interested individuals. If you would like more information or wish to express your interest in joining, kindly reach out to Josephine Damstra ([email protected]).

The session will be followed by a light lunch for continued networking.
