Advancing Maternal Health Through AI-Enabled Medical Devices and Software

We are pleased to host a multi-stakeholder roundtable during the United Nations General Assembly to convene delegates of Ministries of Health, global health experts from the public, private and multilateral sectors, nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), and other key stakeholders to discuss how AI-enabled medical devices and software can strengthen maternal health services, improve early risk detection, and advance equitable access to quality maternal care.

As governments and global partners prioritize maternal, newborn, and reproductive health within national strategies and universal health coverage frameworks, there is a growing need for evidence-informed, scalable approaches that can be integrated into health systems. This program will explore how AI-enabled medical devices and software can support national maternal health priorities, inform policy, and advance progress toward global commitments to reduce maternal and neonatal mortality.
