Bringing US investment to Latin America’s growth agenda
On Tuesday, September 22, at 2:00 p.m. ET, the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center will host a virtual conversation with government officials from Latin America and the Caribbean and US investors in the region.
As the US government looks at the Western Hemisphere as an investment priority, the discussion will examine the policy choices that determine how the region can attract US capital to achieve its development goals: from macroeconomic credibility to credit fundamentals to regulatory reform.
This event continues the center’s work on expanding US investment in the hemisphere following the launch of its new report “Mapping US investment in Latin America and the Caribbean.”
This event is part of our #ACinNY series, happening on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly. Please click the registration link to see the rest of the line-up and register for the event.
