“Connecting Philanthropic Strategies Across the Americas: From Latin America, toward a shared agenda for civic space and democratic resilience,” convened by OSF, Avina, and Hispanics in Philanthropy, is taking place ahead of the 2026 UN General Assembly (UNGA).

This session will bring together philanthropic actors to explore how philanthropy can protect and expand civic space, participation, and pluralism across Latin America, moving from shared diagnosis toward concrete action and the construction of a common agenda for the region.
