Frugal innovation: how to do more, and better, with less
The Session aims to present the main public policies for economic support and strengthening biodiversity in agricultural communities, taking into account the current socio-biodiversity in different biomes and the challenges of technology in family farming for the production of healthy foods. It will address the innovation of social technologies for the governance of public policies for education and popularization of information in agricultural communities. It will also address socio-environmental resilience and social technologies for mitigating climate change and desertification with an emphasis on rural, urban and peri-urban agri-food systems, taking care of the point of view of environmental management at multiscales.
