Haiti Tech Summit 8th Annual Edition
This year’s Haiti Tech Summit (Diaspora Edition) to be featured alongside our global stakeholders in New York City. This year’s iconic Haiti Tech Summit (Diaspora Edition) is scheduled to take place in New York City during the United Nations General Assembly Week on September 27, 2024 from 11:00am EST to 3pm EST.
The program is curated by a collaboration between Global Startup Ecosystem (GSE), IBM Cloud, AWS and the Haiti Tech Foundation will convene 300 leaders from around the world.
Deemed the “Davos of the Caribbean” Haiti Tech Summit brings together thousands of entrepreneurs, investors, pioneers, and creatives under one roof to address humanity’s greatest challenges via technology. With previous headliners such as Jack Dorsey (Founder of Twitter), Ben Horowitz (Investor Twitter, Facebook), Tim Draper (Investor in Skype, Hotmail etc), the President of Haiti Jovenel Moise, Vicky Jeudy from Netflix Orange is the New Black, and VP+CEOs from Google, Facebook, Airbnb, Uber and more- the summit will return with 3 major developments for 2024:
- As a countdown to the 8th annual edition of Haiti Tech Summit, the program will host over 1000+ stakeholders from around the world via its monthly virtual “Stakeholder Dialogues” Series discussing ways that the diaspora and Friends of Haiti can shape a better future for the country during these tumultuous times.
- During the 8th annual edition of Haiti Tech Summit, the program will feature major influencers in the tech and business sectors to exchange ideas of innovation and impact that can truly be applied to Haiti and emerging markets that are working towards building tech hub communities of prominence.
