Hire From Nigeria

Hire From Nigeria is a high-level business forum convening global employers, BPO and GBS operators, technology companies, investors, policymakers, development partners and ecosystem leaders to explore Nigeria’s growing role in the global digital services economy.

The event will examine Nigeria’s competitiveness as a destination for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Global Business Services (GBS), and other digitally enabled services, with a focus on the talent, ecosystem, policy and infrastructure required to support global service delivery.

Discussions will explore the business case for engaging Nigerian talent and service providers, the growth and capacity of Nigeria’s BPO ecosystem, opportunities for international partnerships and investment, and how impact sourcing can contribute to inclusive job creation and greater participation in global trade.

Organized by the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment (FMITI), through the National Talent Export Programme (NATEP), and Tech4Dev, in collaboration with Univelcity and other partners supporting the Hire From Nigeria campaign.
