9:30am – 10:30am: Session 1 “People”: What does transformational resilience mean when local communities shape the global movement on resilience?

12.30pm – 1:30pm: Session 3 “Finance”: How does a new climate finance architecture look like within which innovative approaches to financing thrive and financial access to local actors is firmly supported?

The Resilience Hub is home of the UN Race to Resilience (R2R).In just three years, R2R partners have pledged to increase the resilience of more than 4 billion people by 2030. Already today, the concerted actions of its partners cover 1.87 billion people. Together with R2R, the Resilience Hub remains committed to its mission of being an inclusive space to drive forward radical collaboration to build an equitable, climate-just world.

1:30 – 2:30 pm: Lunch

2:30 – 4:30 pm: GRP Investor Forum

The Investor Forum introduces world leading resilience innovations – identified, assessed and monitored by GRP for their replication and scaling potential – to prospective funders and partners seeking to support resilience building opportunities for people and businesses. The forum provides an opportunity for successful GRP grantees to present their projects to organisations and individuals that might be interested in providing additional funding to enable the projects to be scaled up and have a greater impact. It also provides an opportunity for GRP grantees to showcase their projects to third parties, including other grantees, which could potentially replicate such projects or aspects of them.

4:30 – 5:30 pm: GRP 10 Year Celebration

Ten years ago, the Global Resilience Partnership (GRP) was established to drive innovations in the Global South to advance resilience. Over the past decade, GRP has focused on identifying and scaling on-the-ground innovations, generating and sharing knowledge, and shaping policy. Together with its Partners, GRP has supported millions of people on their resilience journeys. GRP challenges have directly benefited seven million people across 16 countries, and invested over 45 million USD in resilience programming across the Global South. Join GRP to reflect on the past ten years, look ahead to the future, and celebrate this significant milestone.

5:30 – 7:00 pm: Joint Resilience Hub and GRP Reception
