Partnerships for the Future
Each September, New York City becomes the global meeting point for leaders shaping the future. As Climate Week NYC and the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) converge, the city hosts one of the world’s most important weeks for international dialogue, partnership, and action.
Denmark is once again proud to contribute to these conversations through Partnerships for the Future. Throughout the high-level week (21–26 September), we will bring together leading voices from business, government, finance, academia, and civil society to explore practical solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges – and the partnerships needed to turn ambition into action.
The week begins on Monday, 21 September, with three high-level summits focused on urban resilience, sustainable data centres, and climate finance for the energy transition. From there, the programme continues with a series of high-level roundtables and receptions across two venues in Midtown Manhattan, creating opportunities for meaningful dialogue, new partnerships, and cross-sector collaboration.
The programme is organised by the Consulate General of Denmark in New York in partnership with Danish Industry and the Danish Chamber of Commerce, together with a number of leading companies and organisations spanning energy, energy efficiency, finance, food and agriculture, life sciences, and circular economy.
