People First Community Gathering – UNGA 2025

Sustainable development is at a crossroads, with an urgent need to move beyond silos and a narrow focus on technical solutions, to more holistic, long-term approaches that lead to systemic and sustainable change.

As global leaders convene during the UN General Assembly, the People First Community Gathering is a dedicated time to take stock of the current moment, discuss the path forward and explore what more can be done to promote collective leadership for sustainable development.

Designed as an interactive, participatory space, the session will bring together our community of cross-sectoral and globally diverse practitioners, academics, and public and private sector actors to share stories, surface opportunities, and commit to action.

Spaces are limited. Please fill out this form to register your interest in attending. Registration approvals will be sent out weekly and we may close this form once we reach capacity.

Advance registration is required for building entry by September, 16. Please note that if you are offered space, you’ll be asked to present a photo ID matching your registration at check-in.
