Role of women in science and in the formulation of scientific policies
This session will present dialogues on actions for equity and strengthening women’s participation in science in the Science and Technology System in the Community of Portuguese-Speaking Countries and Latin America, favoring women and institutional political spaces. It aims to encourage gender balance in the processes, positions and functions of institutional political spaces by detailing mechanisms for valuing services and products produced in agroecosystems with women, reducing the burden of work. Results will also be presented on the Women’s observatory for communities and traditional knowledge, women and science for life.
