Join us on the sidelines of the 79th Session of the U.N. General Assembly for lunch and good company to celebrate our unprecedented collective achievements in integrating care for people living with severe, chronic NCDs (such as type 1 diabetes, sickle cell disease, and rheumatic and congenital heart disease) across 14 countries. Together we will affirm our strategic path forward to accelerate this progress in the years to come.
Our program will include remarks by our Guest of Honor and Keynote Speaker, Prof. Muhammad Ali Pate Minister of Health and Social Welfare of Nigeria; and feature as MC Kyle Banks, Broadway actor and founder of Kyler Cares.
