Youth Mental Health & Well-Being in an Uncertain World
Join the United Nations Youth Office, United Nations University Global Health, and NYU Silver School of Social Work during the United Nations High-Level Week for the official launch of the Youth Mental Health & Well-Being in an Uncertain World: A Global Call to Action flagship report and a timely conversation with global leaders, researchers, practitioners, and young people about how we can translate this vision into action.
Young people are coming of age amid profound uncertainty—from economic instability and climate change to conflict, inequality, and a rapidly evolving digital world. Youth Mental Health & Well-Being in an Uncertain World: A Global Call to Action calls for a broader approach: one that recognizes mental health as a fundamental human right and looks beyond individual treatment to the interconnected environments in which young people live, learn, work, connect, and thrive.
Attendance and lunch at this event are complimentary. Guests are kindly asked to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Additionally, continuing education contact hours will be available to eligible attendees.
