No registration required. All are welcome.

Artists at the Center is a hands-on art-making workshop designed to inspire the artist in each of us and to ignite social change. Every social movement has song, dance, puppetry, theater, chanting, and many more arts at its center. Artists stand alongside scientists, activists, and citizens raising their voices. During the Artists at the Center workshop, we will create a project called “Our Climate Stories.” We will share stories of how climate change has affected our lives and the people we care about. We will learn exciting ways to make art inspired by our stories. Each participant will create a piece of artwork they can take home and will be invited to include their artwork in a collaborative online format. Additionally, participants will get a pamphlet on how to create climate art from listening circles so they can repeat this workshop in their home communities.
